Privacy

Data collection here is kept to the minimum needed to run the site and reply to messages.

What is collected

• Email: if you write to me, I receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. It's used only to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual contact (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Hosting logs: the hosting provider automatically logs IP addresses and basic request data to operate and secure the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers. [Delete this point if you self-host the fonts — which is the better option.]

What doesn't happen

• No advertising trackers.
• No analytics cookies, and no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to.
• No sharing or selling of your data to anyone.

How long messages are kept

Emails are kept as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted. Ask me to delete yours sooner and I will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email sales@letknowco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
